Autumn in the United Arab Emirates
My visit to the Emirates began in Dubai, one of the most modern places in the world, because the sheikhs rule there. For example, the sheikh pays Dubai students a school abroad because he wants the students to be smart and then work for his country. There is zero crime in Dubai and in the whole of the Emirates. If you steal something, they can even cut off your hand. Dubai fascinated me a lot, because they have everything gilded there and break records in technology. Dubai has a sea and a desert, so there you will find everything from the landscape.
There are many record places in Dubai, such as the largest ferris wheel or the world's tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa. Or they have a state-of-the-art hotel called Burj al-Arab, and when you go to the bathroom in the hotel, you make a need for the golden toilet, watching the TV in front of you. They also have the largest shopping mall, called Dubai Mall, where you will find, for example, a large aquarium zoo, a ski slope and much more. Dubai also has the largest marketplace, where you will find a goldsmith shop selling a gold boot or the largest gold ring. Dubai suffers from food and spices, so there we find saffron, large cinnamon sticks, truffles as a whole and the like. When I went to the market, all the salesmen took off my cap and put on my hats, turbans, etc. In Dubai, I liked pancakes with a special chocolate glaze the most.
In addition to Dubai, I also visited Abu Dhabi in the Emirates, which is the main emirate. For example, there are plant irrigators on every corner, as there is a huge drought. There is also the third largest mosque in the world. We were there at a time when the biggest and most famous sheikh named Zet was celebrating 100 years, but unfortunately he is no longer alive. There were exhibitions everywhere, so the whole family and I went to see the largest exhibition. Zet arranged that the Emirates were so rich because they had oil there. The exhibition featured weapons and photos of Zeta with other rulers. At one point was Zet with our former late president Vaclav Havel. I liked chocolate ice cream in Abu Dhabi the most, which was really big. I really enjoyed my holiday in the Emirates and I definitely want to return there soon.
